Understanding Resonance through Experiment
Most of the students in Form 5 SPM tend to skip this small experiment which describes about Resonance. This experiment will be crucial to demonstrate the the behavior of resonance. Students should ask the following question when learning resonance
- What is the definition of Resonance?
- What can we define from this experiment?
- Does the length of the string influence the result of the experiment?
- What are the changes when different mass is used?
A very simple Resonance experiment …. Yet i believe 90% of the students are not aware of this experiment.
