Keputusan PMR 2009 cukup membanggakan. Peningkatan ketara bagi "Straight A’s" semakin meningkat.

Kangar , seramai 282 calon PMR 2009 di Perlis mencatat keputusan A dalam semua mata pelajaran berbanding 276 orang bagi tahun 2008.

Jumlah itu merupakan 6.10 peratus daripada keseluruhan 2,636 calon yang mengambil peperiksaan tersebut di 34 pusat peperiksaan di negeri ini.

Pengarah Pelajaran negeri, Mansor Lat berkata, daripada 282 pelajar itu, 49 calon mendapat 9A, 222 pelajar memperolehi 8A dan 11 lagi merekodkan 7A.

"Tiga sekolah pula mengekalkan pencapaian 100 peratus kelulusan dengan minimum gred D dalam semua mata pelajaran ialah Sekolah Menengah Kebangsan (SMK) Derma, Sekolah Menengah Sains Tuanku Syed Putra dan SMK Dato’ Sheikh Ahmad," katanya.

Turut menyaksikan peningkatan ialah Sabah di mana seramai 734 calon PMR mendapat semua A dalam kesemua mata pelajaran tahun ini berbanding 659 pada tahun sebelumnya.

Timbalan Pengarah Pelajaran Negeri, Dr. Muhiddin Yusin berkata, bilangan itu berdasarkan calon yang mengambil lebih daripada tujuh mata pelajaran dalam peperiksaan berkenaan.

Jumlah pelajar yang mendapat A dalam kesemua mata pelajaran pada tahun ini turut meningkat sebanyak 0.47 peratus kepada 3,308 daripada calon 3,031 pada tahun lalu.

Di Johor , Pengarah Pelajaran negeri, Sufa’at Tumin berkata, sebanyak 16 buah sekolah mencapai 100 peratus calon lulus berbanding 15 buah sekolah pada tahun lalu.

Katanya, antara sekolah yang berjaya mencapai 100 peratus adalah Sekolah Tun Fatimah, Johor Bahru; Sekolah Menengah Sains (SMS) Johor, Kluang; SMS Kota Tinggi, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Sultan Ismail dan Sekolah Seni di Johor Bahru.

Di Melaka , seramai 1,074 atau 1.39 peratus daripada 14,664 calon di negeri tersebut memperoleh A bagi semua mata pelajaran.

Pengarah Pelajaran negeri, Isa Abu berkata, pencapaian tahun ini menunjukkan peningkatan berbanding hanya 879 daripada 14,692 calon yang lulus semua mata pelajaran dalam PMR tah

un lepas.

"Sebanyak tiga buah sekolah pula, telah mencapai 100 peratus penguasaan minimum Gred D iaitu Sekolah Menengah Sains Muzaffar Shah, Sekolah Menengah Kabangsaan (SMK) Ghafar Baba dan SMK Iskandar Shah," katanya.

Di Negeri Sembilan , seramai 1,418 daripada 19,697 pelajar semua jenis sekolah di negeri berkenaan memperolehi semua A dalam semua mata pelajaran.

Ketua Sektor Penilaian dan Peperiksaan Pelajaran negeri, Mohd. Razib Jamaludin berkata, daripada jumlah berkenaan, seramai 224 calon mendapat 9A; 974 mendapat 8A manakala selebihnya memperolehi 7A.

Beliau menjelaskan, peningkatan yang dicatatkan adalah sebanyak 8.1 peratus iaitu sebanyak 101 pelajar berbanding pada 2008 iaitu seramai 1,317 pelajar.

Sarawak merupakan negeri yang mencatatkan peningkatan ketara dalam bilangan calon yang mendapat A dalam kesemua mata pelajaran yang diambil dengan 1,860 atau 4.67 peratus memperoleh kesemua A.

Pengarah Pelajaran Negeri Sarawak, Julaihi Bujang berkata, jumlah tersebut merupakan peningkatan ketara iaitu pertambahan sebanyak 297 orang atau 19 peratus berbanding bilangan calon pada tahun 2008 yang mendapat A dalam semua mata pelajaran.

Katanya, lima buah sekolah di Sarawak mencapai 100 peratus penguasaan minimum D bagi semua mata pelajaran yang diambil.

Sementara itu di Perak , Ketua Sektor Pengurusan Penilaian dan Peperiksaan Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri (JPN) Perak, Abdul Ghani Mohamad Nizar berkata, enam lagi sekolah yang mencatatkan kelulusan 100 peratus ialah Sekolah Menengah Sains Teluk Intan, Kolej Melayu Kuala Kangsar (MCKK), Sekolah Menengah Sains Tun Azlan Shah, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Tasik Taiping dan Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gopeng.

Terengganu mencatatkan keputusan PMR tertinggi dengan pencapaian nilai gred purata negeri (GPN) 2.60 mengatasi gred purata nasional 2.78.

Pengarah Pelajaran Negeri, Ariffin Embong berkata, kesemua 22,954 calon PMR yang menduduki peperiksaan itu pada tahun ini berjaya melanjutkan pelajaran ke tingkatan empat, tahun depan.

Katanya, pencapaian Minimum D juga telah meningkat sebanyak 1 peratus daripada 62.4 peratus pada tahun 2008 kepada 63.4 peratus.

Sementara itu pencapaian A dalam semua mata pelajaran bagi 2009 tidak berubah berbanding 2008 iaitu 7.1 peratus, tambah beliau.

Di Kedah , seramai 1,736 pelajar daripada keseluruhan 35,155 calon sekolah kerajaan di negeri berkenaan berjaya mendapat semua A bagi semua mata pelajaran.

Pengarah Pelajaran negeri, Shahidan Abd. Rahman berkata, daripada jumlah berkenaan, seramai 198 calon mendapat 9A; 1,369 calon mendapat 8A dan 169 calon memperoleh 7A.

Katanya, pencapaian gred purata negeri bagi tahun ini pula menunjukkan peningkatan sebanyak 0.048 kepada 2.878 berbanding 2.926 pada tahun lalu.

Di Pulau Pinang , seramai 1,976 daripada 22,172 pelajar yang menduduki peperiksaan PMR di negeri berkenaan lulus dengan cemerlang apabila memperolehi gred A dalam semua mata pelajaran diambil.

Ok…. we will be providing some tips for SPM Additional Math . If you are looking for fast revision, yes you have come to the right place. Although some of the exam tips came out in SPM 2009 (esp Bahasa Melayu and Sejarah ), students are encourage NOT to memorised our tips 100%. All our exam tips are base on forecast and deep analysis.

Yes it is reliable but do expect that some of the tips may sway from the original forecast

1. We would encourage students to read up Circles. How to calculate area and circumference
2. We anticipate 2 questions from the Probability chapters in Section B. Please read up permutations and combination. One simple questions while another question involves tree diagram
3. Read you logarithm and Indices
4. Read Vectors (beware of the arrow diagram)……. Very easy to score
5. Integration will be another challenging chapters.
6. Geometric and Arithmetic Progressions

Note:
The graph for Add Math has the all time being very low. As what we have recalled,  there was once when the graph is so low that students can pass the exam with just 19 marks!!!
