How do you handle  stress and negative thinking one day before exams? I would have to announce that 90% students experience such a problem few days before the major UPSR, PMR and SPM examination.  Handling stress correctly is very vital because this might led to breathing irregularity.

Negative Effects of Stress

  1. Panic attack
  2. Irregular oxygen level to your brain
  3. Deteriorate your memory
  4. Carelessness

How to handle stress

  1. Sweets or chocolate will help to calm stress
  2. Exercise in the morning 15 minutes before exams
  3. Enough sleep the day before exam
